![]() | I am assuming you are using Microsoft Outlook although the procedure for most e-mail programs will be fairly similar. From the Tools menu, select E-mail accounts then select the option for adding a new e-mail account. At Server type select the POP3 option. From this point onwards it is fairly intuitive, just fill in the boxes with the details you have. Your outgoing SMTP server address will have been provided by your ISP, if you cannot remember this, instead of adding a new e-mail account you can 'change' an existing one to look it up.
