I've recently moved my computer across the other side of the room but since doing this the monitor doesn't seem to be working properly, one of the colours seems to be missing, what do you think this might be?

This is a fairly simple as well as common problem, check that the cable from the monitor is plugged firmly into the PC, tighten the thumb-screws if necessary.
